"Actively Retired" joins our Community Affairs Lineup

We’re pleased to welcome a new addition to our Sunday Community Affairs Programming lineup!

Please welcome Frederick Zappone, host of the new program Actively Retired. This show is designed to inspire and empower our ‘older and wiser’ listeners to make the rest of their life the best of their life! It’s a wonderful complement to our existing programming lineup.

The debut of Actively Retired will air on Sunday, August 31st at 6:30am, as an introduction for our audience.

Starting in September 2025, here is the updated monthly rotation for our 6:30am shows:

• 1st Sunday: Talking Points with Anita Rivers
• 2nd Sunday: Farmcrunch with Stefany Koslow
• 3rd Sunday: Actively Retired with Frederick Zappone
• 4th Sunday: The Nature Connection with Don Torino

...And we’re proud to continue bringing you Dembo’s Den, a Sunday morning favorite, airing weekly at 6am!

These public affairs programs play an important role in serving and uplifting our community and this refreshed schedule ensures our audience receives new and engaging content each week.
