Eagle Festival 2026

Join WFDU at the New Jersey Meadowlands Eagle Festival on Sunday, January 11th, from 10 am to 2 pm in the Meadowlands Environment Center at Dekorte Park in Lyndhurst, NJ! 🦅🌾

This FREE event is a celebration of the Bald Eagle and the stunning beauty of the Meadowlands, and we can’t wait to see you there! We’ll be indoors at the WFDU table, so swing by and meet your fellow nature-loving, tree hugging, RetroRadio DJs! 📻🎙

You can also enjoy bird walks, talks (one by our very own host of "The Nature Connection" Don Torino), live birds of prey, music, children's activities, and amazing views of NYC! It’s the perfect way to spend the day, surrounded by nature and having fun.
